APPLICATION CALENDAR
Applicants are required to use Grants.gov. See "How to Prepare and Submit an Application" for further information. An organization may submit only one application under these FY 2009 Grants for Arts Projects guidelines (see "Application Limits" for the few exceptions to this rule). Late, ineligible, and incomplete applications will be returned. We strongly recommend that you maintain on file proof of your on-time submission. Without proper documentation, the Arts Endowment will not accept application material that is delayed or lost in transit. In the event of a major emergency that affects a large number of applicants for an extended period of time (e.g., a multi-state power outage or a natural disaster such as a hurricane), the Chairman of the National Endowment for the Arts may decide to adjust application deadlines for applicants in the affected area. If this occurs, the Arts Endowment will post an announcement on its Web site. Please do not seek information on the status of your application before the announcement date that is listed above. If you have questions: Call: see "Agency Contacts." Write: If you have a question about access for individuals with disabilities: CFDA No. 45.024 National Endowment for the Arts · an independent federal agency |
