Program Solicitation: Creativity and Aging in America: Lifelong Learning in the Artshe National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) has been interested and active in the area of creativity and aging for a number of years. The Arts Endowment intends to build upon its past work in this area by creating a new resource to help professionals in the arts, education, and the field of aging improve arts learning opportunities for older Americans. The purpose of this Program Solicitation is to select an organization (Cooperator) to launch a technical assistance effort designed to advance arts opportunities for older Americans.
