Element Five - Indicators

Outcome #1 - Demonstrate knowledge of acting

Indicators:

  1. The number and percent of students who can perform at least two acts of a play, and
  2. The number and percent of students who can identify four structures of a play.

Outcome #2 - Demonstrate knowledge of theater direction

Indicators:

  1. The number and percent of students who can direct two scenes of a play, and
  2. The number and percent of students who can identify four dramatic elements of a play.

Outcome #3 - Demonstrate knowledge of production

Indicators:

  1. The number and percent of students who can demonstrate specified technical aspects of one theater production, and
  2. The number and percent of students who can identify four relationships among the dramatic and technical elements of a play.

Outcome # 4 - Demonstrate interest in theater

Indicators:

  1. The number and percent of students who complete 80% of theater class assignments, and
  2. The number and percent of students who attend at least two live theater performances in twelve months.
