To support the Jazz In June summer festival. Free concerts and local radio broadcasts of jazz and blues, as well as an educational jazz clinic, will be presented at indoor and outdoor settings.

To support the presentation of a musical adapted from a literary work. As the centerpiece of the 2005 Summer Season, Honk! will include the training of a youth ensemble to participate in the production.

To support the touring exhibition In the Studios of Paris: William Bouguereau and his American Students, with accompanying catalogue and education programs. This is the first assessment of Adolphe-William Bouguereau, who taught at prestigious French art academies, as a teacher of American artists.

To support a production of Tchaikovsky's Eugene Onegin, the company's first Russian opera mounted in 25 years. Various community outreach activities will be scheduled to coincide with the presentation, such as community previews in bookstores and churches, pre-curtain lectures, and school programs.
