To support ARTWORKS! The after-school and summer program features workshops in the visual and performing arts, and also emphasizes job-building skills. Participants work with artists on community and individual projects, including design and painting of public murals, computer-assisted graphics, Web design, and theater production.

To support fieldwork and programming in the Bayou Lafourche region. Activities will include technical assistance, exhibits documenting Native American and Cajun French traditions, and folklore in after-school programs.

To support post-production costs for a video documentary titled Rockin' for a Risen Savior: The Louisiana Easter Rock. The video will take viewers beyond the familiar folk church ritual and will show how a variety of traditional songs, singing styles, and religious dances convey, echo, and nurture the African American community.
