To support a needs assessment and cultural inventory as preliminary steps toward the development of a cultural plan. The project will include the creation of a comprehensive catalogue of Martin County arts and cultural assets, an economic impact statement, and a needs assessment using both qualitative interviews and a quantitative survey to solicit comments from the general public.

To support residency activities for emerging and mid-career artists working with master artists, and a residency program in Argentina.
