Big Chief Darryl Montana of the Yellow Pocahontas Mardi Gras Indians (who is the son of NEA National Heritage Fellow Allison Tootie Montana) and Big Chief Larry Bannock of the Golden Star Hunters Mardi Gras Indians will teach youth (ages 11 to 14) the rich history and visual traditions of the Mardi Gras Indian art of masking.
