FIELD/DISCIPLINE: Challenge America Fast-Track Review To support the development of "Enjoy Nebraska," a Web site promoting Nebraska's cultural tourism. The site will include a calendar of events and an interactive map that will showcase working art and craft studios, galleries, museums, and other cultural entities. Project partners include the Nebraska Children and Families Foundation's Foster Youth Initiative, Court Appointed Special Advocates for Lancaster County and Nebraska Foster and Adoptive Parent Association. FIELD/DISCIPLINE: Learning in the Arts for Children and Youth To support Nebraska Rural Arts Education Initiatives at the Lied Center for the Performing Arts. Professional development training for teachers, teaching artists, and administrators of rural schools with student populations that are predominantly Native American or Latino will lead to the integration of dance, music, theater, and visual arts into school curricula.
