FIELD/DISCIPLINE: Challenge America To support EARQUAKE!, a series of concerts targeting elementary school students. The concerts will incorporate a full orchestra, sessions with composer Kevin Puts, and performances by Western Arkansas Ballet students. The plan is expected to provide incremental changes to the existing site by creating a shared infrastructure integrating pedestrian amenities, stormwater management, public art, and building frontage design with existing traffic throughways.
