To support The Art of Red Tape (ART), an arts workshop for underserved high school students that will help them understand and make art about New York City's social service systems. Copies of the culminating work will be distributed to students' peers to further educate their communities.

Children who receive daily treatment for a chronic or life threatening illnesses will have time to study with professional artists who are trained to work in healthcare settings leading to the creation of original artwork.
