To support Art Papers' print, online, and public lecture series. Project activities include the publication of six issues of Art Papers magazine; the expansion of archival issues on the Art Papers website; the commissioning of new content for web and mobile devices; and the expansion of Arts Papers Live!, a national public lecture series offered free-of-charge in select cities.

To support the Zion Celebration Concert, featuring the Georgia Symphony Orchestra and guest artist, bass-baritone Dr. Oral Moses. The concert, featuring the instrumental music of the Birdsongs of Mesozoic - a unique chamber music quartet - and orchestrated by Erick Lindgren, will be presented at the historic Zion Baptist Church.

To support the Atlanta School of Composers Commissions, a commissioning and performance project of new works. Jazz pianist and composer Marcus Roberts and Atlanta Symphony Orchestra bassist Michael Kurth will premiere their new works conducted by Music Director Robert Spano on a concert program that will include Leonard Bernstein's Symphonic Dances and Christopher Theofanidis's Rainbow Body.

To support the world premiere production of Bike America by Mike Lew, the winning play of the Alliance Theatre's National Graduate Playwriting Competition, and a staged reading series for the finalists' work in Atlanta and New York. The play tells the story of an unlikely athlete's journey by bicycle from the Atlantic to the Pacific Ocean.

To support the commissioning, development, and production of Headwaters: Didja Hear? The project will explore the metaphor of hearing in terms of what people do not want to hear by portraying issues from the local community's recent history. The project, built from stories gathered from residents of northeast Georgia, is expected to attract 2,050 audience members to performances at the Sautee Nacoochee Center.

To support the annual Savannah Music Festival, featuring the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra and other artists in diverse programming, including world music, gospel, classical, blues, and jazz. The 17-day, 100-program festival with more than 500 artists will take place in numerous venues in Savannah's Historic Landmark District.

To support a production of Two Trains Running by August Wilson. The play explores the social and psychological manifestations of changing attitudes toward race from the perspective of urban blacks.
