Staged in downtown New Orleans, the project will feature performances of the blues music of Louisiana and the Delta South; local crafts and foodways; and a stage where scholars will interview blues artists. FIELD/DISCIPLINE: Theater and Musical Theater To support the world premiere of Mold, the third play in a trilogy by John Biguenet about the effects of Hurricane Katrina on New Orleans. Set sequentially after the trilogy's first two plays, Shotgun and Rising Water, Mold tells the story of a man who decides to rebuild his mold-encrusted home a year after the disaster, even though no one else in the neighborhood has returned.
