Designed to increase the access to Fresno's diverse cultural offerings, the project will include the establishment of an art trolley to transport participants from location to location, as well as a joint marketing plan.

To support the commissioning of Star Gate 2003, a kinetic sculpture by internationally known artist Tom Grubb. The creation of the sculpture will be the focal point of the arts component of the Festival of Flight celebration commemorating the Wright Brothers' first flight in 1903.

To support the conservation of City Hall Tower sculptures by Alexander Milne Calder. The larger than-life-size bronze sculptures, created by the artist in the early 1870s, consist of Native Americans, Swedish settlers and American eagles on the exterior of Philadelphia's City Hall.

To support the use of technology to deliver services and online learning by building a virtual arts administration portal in New York State. The project will include the continued development of interactive Web-based tools, online course learning and e-monitoring.
