Should you have any questions regarding this request for quotation, please direct them to me, Latonca Harris, via email at HARRISL@ARTS.GOV. All questions shall be submitted in writing via email no later than no later than 10:00 AM (EST) on August 21, 2026, so we can respond promptly and accurately.
You are asked to submit your Technical and Cost breakdowns complete package by email to HARRISL@ARTS.GOV no later than 10:00 AM (EST) on September 14, 2026. Your cooperation in meeting these deadlines is greatly appreciated and will help us move forward efficiently with the acquisition process. Please note that it is the offeror’s responsibility to ensure/verify the government receives its submission on or before the deadline.
