Webinar

This session we will discuss the nuts and bolts of implementing the new Uniform Guidance under NEA Partnership Agreements. The Uniform Guidance (aka Part 200) includes requirements that affect all phases of grant-making, from the announcement of grant opportunities, to the issuance of award packages, to award closeout – and many things in between. The Uniform Guidance places special emphasis on the role of “pass-through” entities – organizations including SAAs and RAOs that make sub-awards under their Federal grants – including new provisions for reviewing risk associated with sub-recipients and monitoring them for compliance. During the webinar, we’ll take a close look at the new General Terms and Conditions for Partnership Agreements, which apply to the FY15 Partnership Agreements being awarded now. The NEA Partnership General Terms and Conditions incorporate and reference the Uniform Guidance, but also include specific provisions based on the NEA’s own legislation.
