These instructions provide all of the information that you need to submit an application. Submitting an application is a multi-step process. You will interact with the NEA's website, Grants.gov, and the NEA GrantsOnline™ System (NEA-GO). We urge you to read these instructions in their entirety before you begin the application process.

Application updates after submission
Send new information that significantly affects your application (such as changes in project personnel, confirmed funding commitments, or IRB status) as soon as possible to the staff. Remember to include your organization’s name and NEA application number.
