REQUESTING PAYMENT

Note: The NEA has partnered with Enterprise Service Center (ESC), a division of the US Department of Transportation’s Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), to process payments. Payments will be issued to the bank account in your entity’s SAM.gov account. Please ensure that the banking information is correct and up-to-date. If there are questions regarding your organization’s SAM.gov account or banking information you may receive an email from ESC. ESC’s emails are sent from an @faa.gov address. If you have any concerns, contact the NEA’s Office of Grants Management at grants@arts.gov.

  • Product Requirements
    All grant award categories except Research: Art Works.Please see the blue Reporting Requirements document that was included in your award package for details. If no product was specified, you do NOT need to submit any additional materials. Products must have been approved in your revised project budget. Samples include publications, a/v projects (film, broadcast, CD, webcast, etc.), a commissioned score, etc..

    If you need to submit a hardcopy of a product:
    The first-class mail to the NEA is delayed due to security screening. Products put through this process suffer irreversible damage. If you are sending a product use an alternative delivery service.
