She will visit arts organizations in Oneida, Appleton, Sheboygan, and Milwaukee and speak at an event with the arts community the evening of November 6 in Milwaukee. Senator Tammy Baldwin (D-WI) will join Chairman Chu for her site visits on November 6 in Sheboygan and Milwaukee.

Chairman Chu will begin her visit in Oneida, Wisconsin, the morning of November 5, meeting with members of Oneida Nation to learn more about the Oneida Nation Arts Program, an arts agency serving Oneida Nation. Her visit will include performances by NEA National Heritage Fellows the Oneida Hymn Singers and the Music from Our Culture students, and an opportunity to meet local artists.

Next, Chairman Chu will visit Fox Cities Performing Arts Center in Appleton, Wisconsin. In addition to a tour of the performing arts center, she will tour the Fox Cities Building for the Arts and learn about the collaborative efforts of the organizations it houses.
