The March 27, 2015 public meeting of the National Council on the Arts was webcast live. The meeting included agency business as well as the following:   Opening remarks by Chairman Jane Chu, including a quick update on her recent travels. A presentation on the NEA's Upcoming 50th Anniversary by Jess Sarmiento, NEA DIrector of Public Affairs. And a discussion on the Impact of NEA Research Findings led by Sunil Iyengar, Director of Research & Analysis, with presentations on innovative audience and artistic development activities by Arni Fishbaugh, Executive Director, Montana Arts Council; Ned Canty, General Manager, Opera Memphis; and Ellin O'Leary, President & Chief Content Officer, Youth Radio.
