The 198th National Council on the Arts public meeting took place on Friday, October 25, 2019, at The Phillips Collection in Washington, DC. In addition to agency business the meeting included a presentations by Joe Spaulding, President and Chief Executive Officer, Boch Center; Wendy Levy, Executive Director, the Alliance for Media Arts + Culture; Julia Levy, Executive Director, Roundabout Theatre Company; and performances by Deniece Woodard, former Boch Center student and Breezy Love, 2019 Musical Theater Songwriting Challenge Winner.
