NEA System of Records Notice (SORN)
The National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) publishes its System of Records Notice (SORN) with descriptions of the systems and the ways in which they are maintained, as required by the Privacy Act of 1974, 5 U.S.C. 552a (e) (4) and OMB Circular No. A-108. The SORN is comprised of the Federal Register notice(s) that identifies the system of records, the purpose(s) of the system, the authority for maintenance of the records, the categories of records maintained in the system, the categories of individuals about whom records are maintained, the routine uses to which the records are subject, and additional details about the system. NEA’s SORN was accepted by the Federal Register and approved on February 12, 2021.
