• Internet access is not available within a 30-mile radius of your address.
• Disability prevents you from submitting your application electronically.

Waiver requests must be in writing and must be received at the NEA at least three weeks before the application deadline, or no later than 5:30 p.m., Eastern Time, on February 15, 2023.
