General Terms & Conditions for Grants and Cooperative Agreements to Organizations

The General Terms and Conditions (GTCs) for awards to organizations outline your responsibilities as an award recipient. The GTCs are based on federal statutes, government-wide requirements for all federal financial assistance awards, and the NEA’s own legislation and policy.

The GTCs should be reviewed by program and financial staff at your organization as appropriate. You are responsible for understanding and complying with all of the legal, financial, and administrative requirements outlined here.
