Sound Health Network Webinar: Musical Improvisation and Therapeutic Applications

Musical improvisation is spontaneous creativity in action. Can it also be used to heal? In this webinar on February 23rd at 3:00 p.m. ET, we’ll talk to music therapist John Carpente, who uses improvisation as a therapeutic tool, Jazz violinist Regina Carter will bring her professional expertise to the table, and Psyche Loui, PhD, a neuroscientist and creativity researcher will explain what’s happening in the brain when we improvise.
