NEA Jazz Master Snooky Young.

Snooky Young: I started playing the trumpet when I was about five years old. I really wanted to play trombone, but I had a younger brother that said HE wanted to play a trombone and that just made me change my mind. I said, ?Well, I don?t want to play trombone.? And that?s how I got to be a trumpet player.

MUSIC: up and fades
