Kevin Locke: We all live in this world of color, this world of beauty, world of sound, world of, you know, like growth, and everything. So we all have this natural impulse to create sound, to create movement. And so I think the folk arts, it's really at this universal level. It just expresses the joy of being human, no matter where we are.
