CONTACTS

Do you need to contact the NEA about an offer or award?

Offers
If you are still in the pre-award offer stage (you have received a funding offer notification), direct questions to the Agency Contact listed in the offer record in REACH, which includes the phone number of your contact. You can also send a message directly through REACH.

Awards
Once an award is made, all communication about the award must go to the Office of Grants Management (OGM). The quickest way to reach OGM is by email to grants@arts.gov.  For final reporting questions, email finalreports@arts.gov. You can also send a message directly through REACH.

Applications and Future NEA Grant Opportunities
If you’re exploring future awards, questions about the application process and deadlines should be referred to the relevant program staff. Go to https://www.arts.gov/grants to see our different funding opportunities. After you click on the funding opportunity, there is a Contacts link in the left side margin of the webpage.

CPA Audit Confirmation Requests
If you require confirmation of award information for your own external audit purposes, email the request to neafinance@arts.gov and renh@arts.gov, using the subject line "CPA Audit Confirmation Request." The request must include: ▪ Your organization's legal name. ▪ The award number(s). ▪ The specific information your auditor requires, e.g., amount of the award or date of payment(s). ▪ Contact information for your auditor – auditor’s name, email, phone number, and mailing address. Failure to provide your award number will delay the audit confirmation.
