Artists have always been inspired by the female form. But it doesn’t take an artistic eye to be inspired by the movements and choreography featured in our YouTube Playlist, “In Performance with Female Dancers & Choreographers.” The dancers or dance companies featured in these videos have all appeared on our blog, on our podcasts, or in our magazine, or have been honored with an NEA National Heritage Fellowship. Their styles of dance are diverse in movement and tradition, showcasing the full scope of humanity’s creative, cultural, and physical possibilities.
