We're celebrating Women's History Month with some women who've made history--16 NEA Jazz Masters, including the newest woman to join their ranks, Carla Bley. (NEA Jazz Master Lorraine Gordon isn't included in that number because she's not a musician, but given how many of these women no doubt appeared at the Village Vanguard, she's here in spirit.)
