On December 26, 2013 OMB issued 2 CFR 200: Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance) which combined and streamlined 8 previous OMB Circulars that governed the management of federal assistance awards.
